1) Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the RustLords Sanctuary website, Blood purchases, and related services. By using the site or buying Blood, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

3) Eligibility
- Steam login is required for account-linked features.
- You are responsible for activity under your session.
- We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or rule violations.
4) Blood (virtual currency)
- Blood is digital content for use on our services only. It has no cash value except where our Refund Policy or law requires a refund.
- Prices are shown at checkout (typically GBP). Applicable taxes are included where stated.
- Balances and features may change for operational reasons.
5) Contract and immediate supply
When you complete Stripe checkout, you buy the Blood pack shown. Before payment you must:
- Agree to these Terms, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy;
- Confirm you request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge you lose the 14-day right to cancel under UK/EU rules once Blood is credited, except where mandatory law or our Refund Policy still applies.
6) Delivery
- Blood is credited to the Steam account signed in at purchase.
- In-game items may require you to be online with inventory space.
- Report delivery issues via Discord support.
7) Conduct
- Follow server and community rules.
- No payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or exploitation.
8) Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability to consumers is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Blood purchase in the 12 months before the claim.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers in the UK and EU may also rely on mandatory protections in their country of residence.
