Purchases stack by item here. Sending to the server always processes one entitlement at a time.

In-game delivery only works while you are on this Rust server: connected, awake (not sleeping in a bag), alive, with free space in inventory for item drops. Vehicles spawn in the world near you — the send confirmation explains open space, deep water for boats, and roads for cars. If something blocks the transfer, the site shows that the delivery was not possible — fix the issue and use Retry delivery.
